Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel is located in a convenient spot close to downtown Long Beach and within walking distance of bars at night. The rooms are a good size but may present challenges for wheelchair users. The service is attentive and accommodating, although there are occasional long wait times. The dining options are delicious but slightly pricey. The location is excellent for exploring Long Beach and nearby attractions, but there are minor security concerns in the neighborhood. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fresh, but the bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been swept. Overall, the service was great, from the front desk staff to the staff in the bar/restaurant, they were helpful and nice. The location was within minutes of everything a tourist wants to do, but the extreme heat was a drawback. Dining was a major issue, with the dining experience being disappointing, but the effort of the lone server in the lobby dining was commendable.
I stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the ones we got were the worst. The hotel was closed on a hot weekend which was challenging. The staff was attentive and accommodating in some aspects but rude and not helpful in others. The location was good in terms of proximity to Queen Mary, the beach, and the Aquarium, but it was out of the way of recreation. The dining was a bit pricey, but the food was good. I found some facilities lacking and in need of upkeep.
